('INC-program', that is "Information for Natural sciences and Culture"),
and its are publishing in bulletins or monographs.
Editors of the 'INC-program' will put together
the primary materials in a typical form, add
new blocks and give greater bibliographic informations.

We began the Program from newsletters in 1990 and BBS in 1992 year.You maybe a participant in forms as personal exchange by material and opinions , and so in varied forms of supports.
