The monograph presents the results of scientific work, a tutorial guide and a cycle of essays intended to familiarize users with professional language and objective evaluations methods for searching, production (working out) and taking the business solutions. It can serve as a reference book of notions and ideas and methods of analyzing for social economic phenomena, existing on the junctions of economy, philosophy, sociology and theories of structures and mathematical methods of modeling of cognition modeling in verbal and ill-defined systems. While studying styles of business activity and analysis of situations of most social significant subjects in the society of new millennium, one can state that methods of their social an economic influence are being quickly re-direct to new strategies, to organizing on new forms of activities. We think, its can be identified as "management in technocratic form". The monograph is indented for students, post-graduates and for the programs of professional development in higher education. The book is oriented on economists, lawyers, psychologists, sociologists, and managers. ANNOTATION
The purpose of the present book is the regular statement of base principles of strategic and structural modeling of the phenomena with orientation on socially - economic field, study of possibilities of methods and approaches, introduction of a necessary terminology, delimitation of models. We have interests in the revealing of trends in search and realization of the strategies by the person, groups and communities in uncertain and variable conditions on the basis of structural methods.This investigations is devoted to the types of activity and analysis of situations of PRESENT-DAY MOST ECONOMICALLY OR SOCIALLY IMPORTANT SUBJECTS.
In the subsequent books we will analyzed the receptions and style of such activity as 'technocratic management' and concrete spheres of application of methods in economy and management, right, social structures, formalization of criticism of strategy of activity, problem of consulting and analysis of documentary systems, and also methods of 'technocratic processing'.
